Accounts
- Public sign-up is for parents and guardians. Student accounts are created by a parent, or by TIS at a partner school.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account and your children's accounts.
- Give us accurate details, especially your email, phone and kit delivery address.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other students at risk.
Enrollment, fees and kits
- Each program's fee, schedule and what's included (for example the robotics kit) are shown when you enroll. Partner-school programs may be covered by the school.
- For from-home programs, course access starts once we confirm payment, and the kit is delivered to the address you give.
- If you have questions about fees or refunds, please ask us before paying.
Safety
TIS kits use low-voltage electronics, small parts and tools. Students should follow the safety guidance in each project, and younger students should be supervised by an adult when building at home. Report any damaged or unsafe part to us and stop using it.
Behaviour
- Be respectful in live sessions, the gallery and anywhere you interact with others.
- Submit your own work. Teamwork is encouraged where a project says so — credit your teammates.
- Don't share other students' personal information, photos or login details.
Students' work
Students own the projects, code and notebook entries they create. By submitting work, the student allows TIS to store it, show it to their instructor and parents, and use it to give feedback and certificates. We only show it publicly if the student turns on their public portfolio, or — for photos of students — if their parent has given photo permission.
Our content
TIS lessons, projects, videos and materials belong to Overflow Robotics. You can use them for your own learning, but please don't copy or resell them.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the portal running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Overflow Robotics isn't liable for indirect losses from using the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer law.
